Carroll Research, Inc. was established in 2005 and provides residential real estate appraisal services to the northeast Georgia area including Jackson, Barrow, Hall, Madison, Oconee, Clarke, Walton, and Gwinnett counties.
Our appraisers have provided quality, consistent appraisal services to the northeast Georgia area for over 25 years.

Stephanie Carroll - Chief Appraiser
Stephanie Carroll is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Georgia and co-owner of Carroll Research, Inc. She began working as an appraiser in Jackson County in 1999, and has experience in residential property appraisals, land appraisals, estate appraisals, property acquisitions, and more. For over 25 years, she has worked with mortgage companies, attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals. She is currently on the VA Appraisal Panel and the FHA Roster.
Michael Carroll - Staff Appraiser
Michael Carroll is a Registered Appraiser in the state of Georgia and a US Marine Corps veteran. After retiring from public service, he worked as a real estate title examiner while becoming an appraiser. He now serves as the co-owner of Carroll Research, Inc. and as a staff appraiser.
